2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on bek33, you must meet the following requirements:

  • A person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be closed.

bek33 reserves the discretionary right to reject any application without providing a reason.

Age Verification: We do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to open an account. In cases of uncertainty, we may request age verification documents.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Please follow the points below to ensure your account's safety:

  • Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
  • Do not allow third parties to use your account without authorised identification.
  • Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Avoid using public or shared devices without logging out.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. bek33 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access, unless that loss is directly caused by our own security failure.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following payment methods are supported for conducting transactions on bek33:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
  • Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
  • Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment service.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 1 hour after the request is approved.

Before processing a withdrawal request, bek33 may request identity verification or additional documents. Withdrawals are generally required to be made through the same method used for the deposit.

Please note: The name on the account and the name on the payment method must belong to the same person. Transactions through third parties are not accepted.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bek33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Please make sure you are aware of the following terms before claiming these offers.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must place bets up to the specified amount.

  • Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
  • Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing funds earned from that bonus.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus offers are personal and non-transferable.
  • Only one bonus may be claimed per device, IP address, or household.
  • bek33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If unusual betting patterns are detected using promotional or bonus funds, the bonus may be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

Various types of gaming services are available on the bek33 platform — live casino, slots, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

  • The outcome of each game is determined through a certified random number generator (RNG) system or a live dealer.
  • If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error or disconnection, the amount of that bet will be refunded.
  • In any dispute relating to a game, the data in bek33's system logs will be considered final.
  • bek33 is not liable for any interruption to gameplay caused by internet connection or device-related issues.

For sports betting, the markets on offer may vary based on the general events of different sports. bek33 reserves the right to change available markets at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bek33 platform:

  • Money Laundering: Using the platform to legitimise illegal funds is completely prohibited and punishable by law.
  • Multiple Accounts: Holding more than one account under the same person's name or operating an account in someone else's name.
  • Bots or Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated software in the gaming system.
  • Cheating: Colluding with other players or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  • False Identity: Registering with a fake name, address, or identity.
  • Third-Party Transactions: Making deposits or withdrawals through someone other than the method registered in your own name.
  • Bonus Abuse: Placing bets strategically to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited. bek33 reserves the right to take legal action in serious cases.

11. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be deemed as your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account at any time.

12. Account Closure

12.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

12.2 Closure by bek33

bek33 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Serious violation of the Terms.
  • Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
  • Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

For accounts closed for legitimate reasons, any available legitimate balance will be returned, however bonus funds may be forfeited.
